What the site collects, what it doesn’t, and who to ask about it.
Last updated: 31 August 2026. This page describes how the site currently handles form submissions and is awaiting Peace n Jam’s review.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to type into a form. The contact form asks for your name, email address, enquiry type and message. Event feedback can include your answers and, if you agree to follow-up contact, your email address. Please do not put medical information or confidential case details into either form. The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no fonts or trackers from third-party networks.
How we use it
We use contact-form details to answer your enquiry and event feedback to improve our events. If you choose yes to ‘May we contact you about this feedback?’, we may use your email address only to discuss that feedback. Submitting either form does not add you to a mailing list, and we do not send marketing emails from these forms. We delete submissions and related email copies within 12 months, unless we need a specific message for an active enquiry or a legal reason.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details. We do not pass them on for marketing by anyone else.
Who else sees it
Formspark delivers contact and feedback submissions to us and processes the details on our behalf. Formspark states that visitor submission data is stored in Ireland and Germany, within the European Economic Area. Pages that play music embed SoundCloud’s player, which may set its own cookies when you interact with it. See SoundCloud’s privacy policy. Our hosting provider keeps standard, short-lived server logs.
