What the site collects, what it doesn’t, and who to ask about it.
Last updated: 2 July 2026. This draft accurately describes how the site works today and is awaiting the organisation’s review before launch.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to type in. If you use the contact form, that means your name, email and message. If you fill in an event feedback form, that means your answers to the questions we ask, and your email only if you ask us to follow up. The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no fonts or trackers from third-party networks.
How we use it
We use your contact details to reply to you. We use event feedback to run our events and make the next ones better, and if you asked us to follow up we use the email you gave to do so. We do not run a mailing list or send marketing emails. Nothing more.
What we do not do
We do not sell your details. We do not pass them on for marketing by anyone else.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered to us by a form-delivery provider, which processes what you submit on our behalf, and we will name them here as they are confirmed. Pages that play music embed SoundCloud’s player, which may set its own cookies when you interact with it. See SoundCloud’s privacy policy. Our hosting provider keeps standard, short-lived server logs.
Get in touch
If you have a question about your details, or want a copy of what we hold or it removed, send us a note through the contact page or email peacenjamdundee@gmail.com.
